They’re the bridge between the digital brand and the real-world customer experience. That’s where Zendelity comes in. We spoke with Rebecca Wormleighton, Co-founder of Zendelity, to learn more about the company’s vision, its role in the Mitel UC Accelerator, and what it means for the future of frontline operations.

Rebecca, what problem are you solving, and why is now the right moment to solve it?

Frontline execution is where customer experience, safety, and compliance either succeed or break down. Yet most organizations still rely on outdated tools like paper checklists, siloed apps, or static systems that don’t reflect how frontline employees actually work. Unlike office staff, frontline teams can’t wait for an email or chat response. They need instant, real-time communication integrated into their workflows. That’s why adding voice to Command Center makes so much sense.

With rising expectations, tighter staffing, and higher risks, the time is now. By digitizing frontline execution, with compliance, IoT, and voice at the center, Command Center optimizes resources and ensures the right people are in the right place, doing the right things, at the right time.

How do you see your solution changing the way enterprises or customers operate?

Command Center transforms operations from reactive to proactive. Instead of hoping operating procedures are followed, enterprises gain real-time visibility, audit-proof compliance, and faster response through IoT sensor integration, broadcast and narrowcast messaging, and automated procedures. For frontline teams, this means less stress, faster decision-making, and the confidence to deliver on the brand promise at every customer touchpoint. For enterprises, it reduces risk, simplifies compliance, and optimizes resources. And for partners, it creates a sticky, repeatable solution that delivers measurable ROI.

How does working within the Mitel UC Accelerator open up new opportunities for Zendelity?

The Accelerator gives us the platform to integrate deeply with Mitel’s communications stack and bring innovation to market faster with the support of the Mitel channel. By embedding Mitel voice into Command Center, we’re delivering a closed-loop, all-in-one operations solution that partners can immediately monetize. It allows them to sell back into their existing base while also opening new conversations around safety, compliance, and operational resilience.

In what ways do you see your solution complementing or extending Mitel’s technology?

We embed Mitel voice directly into frontline workflows, tying together operating procedure execution, IoT, building automation, and safety systems. The result is a single platform where communication and execution happen seamlessly.  It not only extends Mitel’s reach into day-to-day operations but also enables rapid response through automated procedures and targeted communications. As well as delivering practical benefits: lower cellular costs, Wi-Fi calling, and a purpose-built app designed specifically for frontline work.

What’s your long-term vision for the company and the impact you want to have?

Our vision is to be the standard for frontline execution across industries where operations directly impact safety, customer experience, and revenue. We want to empower organizations with operational data they’ve never had before, turning compliance into confidence, and execution into measurable value.

Thank you, Rebecca. To wrap things up – what does success in this program look like for you?

Success is proving out joint solutions with Mitel and channel partners, winning lighthouse customers in key verticals like education, healthcare and hospitality, and creating repeatable go-to-market motions that scale. Ultimately, it means helping Mitel partners unlock new revenue streams while transforming how their customers run frontline operations.
