Intelocate, one of the Mitel Unified Communications (UC) Accelerator cohort companies, was built to change that. As an operations consolidation, execution, and issue resolution platform, Intelocate unifies task management, issue tracking, and team communication into one intuitive solution, helping businesses streamline complexity and drive measurable results.

We sat down with Yulia Vasilyeva, Intelocate Founder and CEO, to discuss the company’s journey, its unique value in simplifying complex operations, and how participating in the Mitel UC Accelerator is unlocking new opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Yulia, what problem are you solving, and why is now the right moment to solve it?

Intelocate helps multi-location businesses increase operational efficiency, which boosts their productivity and compliance, and reduces their costs. By streamlining their workflows and consolidating operations, Intelocate helps them stay focused on increasing revenues and operating better.

Today’s multi-location businesses are under growing pressure to deliver consistent customer experiences while managing increasingly complex operations. Many still struggle with fragmented communications, limited visibility into execution, and poor accountability across locations and departments. Intelocate addresses these challenges head-on, giving teams the tools they need to resolve issues quickly, improve collaboration, and maintain operational excellence at scale.

How do you see your solution changing the way enterprises or customers operate?

With Intelocate, enterprises can use a single solution for their tasks, issues / incidents, projects & asset management needs. This replaces the need for customers to use multiple and fragmented solutions for their daily operations, thus operating more efficiently and at lower costs.

By centralizing operations into one intuitive platform, Intelocate creates a single source of truth for teams, enabling better communication, clearer accountability, and faster resolution of issues. This shift not only simplifies daily workflows but also empowers leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make data-driven decisions that improve overall performance.

How does working within the Mitel UC Accelerator open up new opportunities for Intelocate?

The Mitel UC Accelerator will expand our market reach by enabling us to partner with Mitel re-sellers and customers. This collaboration gives us the opportunity to showcase Intelocate’s value to a global audience, accelerate pilot programs, and develop integrations that strengthen both platforms. 

By working closely with Mitel’s ecosystem, we can demonstrate how Intelocate’s operational efficiency tools complement unified communications technology – opening doors to strategic partnerships and long-term growth opportunities.

In what ways do you see your solution complementing or extending Mitel’s technology?

Intelocate can help close the last mile loop by receiving input from Mitel interface, creating and assigning workflows – such as tasks and incidents, monitoring progress and completion, and then providing updates back to customers via Mitel interface.

By integrating seamlessly with Mitel’s communications platform, Intelocate extends its capabilities beyond messaging and collaboration, turning conversations into actionable workflows. This connection ensures that customer requests and operational needs don’t just get logged but are tracked through to resolution, delivering a smoother, more responsive experience for both teams and end customers.

What’s your long-term vision for the company and the impact you want to have?

Our long-term vision is to have Intelocate simplify day-to-day operations for the majority of the multi-location businesses and organizations across the world.  

We see a future where businesses of all sizes can rely on Intelocate as a trusted partner that not only streamlines workflows but proactively identifies opportunities for improvement. By leveraging AI-driven insights, Intelocate aims to transform how multi-location organizations manage their operations—reducing complexity, improving decision-making, and ultimately allowing teams to focus more on delivering exceptional experiences to their customers.

Thank you, Yulia. To wrap things up – what does success in this program look like for you?

Success in this program means building strong partnerships with Mitel customers and resellers and launching meaningful pilot projects that will lead to commercial launch across various industries. In 8,5 years on the market, we are proud to have achieved a 100% success rate of pilot conversions to full commercial launch. 

These collaborations will help us deliver to the market unprecedented omnichannel ability to action issues regardless of the channel of communication, strengthen our integrations, and create a solid foundation for scaling our impact. Ultimately, our goal is to demonstrate how simplifying and centralizing operations can deliver measurable benefits to businesses of all sizes.
