1. What’s the main problem your startup is solving, and how are you tackling it in a way that stands out?

The challenge many organizations face is that they need at least four separate systems to accomplish what our platform does in one. Managing an LMS, a content library, an assessment tool, and a system for personalized learning requires significant time, resources, and expertise—often beyond what most teams can manage efficiently.

 

2. How did your product come to life, and what makes it different from what’s already out there?

Our foundation is deeply rooted in Learning & Development (L&D). For years, we’ve partnered with HR leaders and organizations dedicated to empowering their teams, guided by a single vision: to revolutionize employee learning with tools that are accessible, adaptable, and—above all—effective. Our platform integrates four systems in one that are normally required to deliver training.

 

3. Can you share a key lesson or challenge you’ve faced on your entrepreneurial journey and how did you work through it?

Bootstrapping a company, especially in the technology sector, has been an intense yet rewarding journey over the past five years. The key lesson I’ve learned is the importance of balancing resilience and strategic decision-making, especially when resources are tight, and every investment counts. Now, as we reach a tipping point toward profitability, our focus shifts to sustaining this growth while ensuring that profitability remains at the core of our future development, creating a stable foundation for the next phase of our journey.

 

4. What are you most excited to learn or experience during the L-SPARK Accelerator?

I am seeking the guidance to transition from being a highly successful sales professional over the past 25 years into a truly impactful CEO. My focus is on inspiring my team and clients to surpass their limits while developing strategies for financing our U.S. market expansion in three years to achieve exponential growth.

 

5. What’s been your biggest milestone so far, and how has it shaped where you’re headed?

The biggest milestone for us has been reaching almost $100,000 in MRR and achieving a user base of 180,000 learners on our platform as of September 2024. This growth highlights our commitment to delivering exceptional value and innovation in the learning experience industry. We’re excited to continue building on this momentum.
