What we need:

TitanFile is looking for an energetic Community Manager to join our team and help us engage current and prospective clients. We are looking for a person who is passionate about learning new technologies and improving the skills they already have. A person who wants their work to stand for something. A person able to juggle multiple tasks at the same time and work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation. Writing blog posts, articles, newsletters, white papers, e-books, and other marketing collateral. Maintaining the content on the website.
  • Social Media Marketing. Creating, managing, and growing the company’s presence and influence through blogs, forums, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google+.
  • Events Coordination. Identifying, planning, and coordinating event participation such as tradeshows and networking events.
  • Public Relations. Writing press releases and maintaining a press kit.
  • Customer Support. Answering questions however they come in (phone, email, chat, TitanFile channel, support systems), writing and maintaining FAQs, and managing the support ticketing system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • New graduate or less than three years of full-time experience in a communication, marketing, or social media management.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Positivity, passion, and creativity for what we do
  • Execution oriented with a passion to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Hustle, persistence, and love for excellence and innovation
  • Must be able and willing to lawfully work out of our Toronto, Ontario office.

This position is ideal for recent graduates.
