ProcedureFlow is looking for a Human Resources Manager to own the design and implementation of HR strategies. Our people are our top priority, this role will be key in helping us ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works together to achieve our mission and objectives.

The Human Resources Manager is a key member of the team and a trusted partner to business leadership and serve as an advisor. The successful candidate will have a hands-on impact on building the HR department including but not limited to recruiting, performance management, employee development, health and safety, privacy, and organizational design and development.

Job requirements

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with business leaders on organizational structure, job design, and employee relations and communication to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Own the implementation of policies with leaders to ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, policy, and procedures resources.
  • Champion the communication and delivery of core HR programs, including Performance Planning and Management, Employee Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Role Profiling and Health & Wellness.
  • Develop and execute talent strategy, staffing plans, and overall execution of the recruiting process through onboarding.
  • Manage communication and implementation of compensation and benefits plans
  • Maintain all organizational changes in HRIS and ensure SOC2 requirements are met
  • Own the company’s people operations and provide recommendations and solutions

We’re looking for:

  • Previous HR Generalist experience
  • Post-secondary education or designation in Human Resources or equivalent work experience
  • Knowledge of applicable federal and government employment standards and legislation
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Coaching and negotiation skills and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical thinking coupled with strong business acumen
  • Working with national teams considered an asset
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll
